What is coaching?

Coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals and organizations to develop more rapidly and produce more satisfying results. Coaches work with clients in many areas, including business, career, health, and relationships. As a result of coaching, clients set better goals, take more action, make better decisions, and use their natural strengths more fully and rewardingly. An executive coach is not unlike a professional sports coach where the sports coach will be with the athlete every step of the way pulling him through tougher and tougher physical, emotional and mental challenges. The coach will know the strengths and weaknesses of such athlete and know what the athlete needs to take him or her to the ultimate level.

Who hires a coach?

People who really want to reach their ultimate potential in life hire coaches. The person who hires a coach is often already successful in business, but wants more in their life – a promotion may be in the works, their job may be in jeopardy, or else they simply want to go through a process of self-improvement. Coaching can help you find more success, joy, love, passion, financial rewards — these possibilities are enhanced by learning how to control and deal with stress effectively, becoming more patient in life, and by mitigating distractions, obstacles, and avoiding self-sabotage.

How do you choose a coach?

Choosing your coach can feel like a daunting task. There are a number of different coaches on the market and it can be terribly confusing at times when you are trying to determine which way you need to go. There is a lot of overlap in the types of services these different coaches provide – but probably the best and most convenient way to decide if a coach is right for you is quite simply to have an unrushed conversation with your prospective coach. The most important factor – and, therefore, the bottom line - is that you feel comfortable with your prospective coach. Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as possible, and when you feel confident that your questions are being answered, that the prospective coach is being responsive to your needs and may therefore lead you to your goal (personal, professional or otherwise), and, last but not least - if you like his or her program, that is when you know that you would have found the right coach for you.

Who are you?

Are you an executive, president, CEO of a major corporation who has it all yet feel that you have very little? You have contributed in leading your company (Fortune 100, Fortune 500) to success and you have received all of the accolades and awards but internally you feel depleted of energy and spirit.

You could be at a crossroad in your life after leading your company for many years and you feel as though you want to do something else but you don’t know what that something could be.

Have you ever asked yourself any of the questions below? Can you relate to any of the following:

Do you feel that the fast pace, traveling from coast to coast, eating in various restaurants and sleeping in different time zones are draining you of your energy?

Do you sometimes feel the burden of your stressful position getting a little too heavy?

Do you find it hard to reconcile work demands with family demands?

Is your company going through a difficult time and you feel as if all eyes are on you to fix the problem?

Do you feel like you are working all of the time and never get a chance to relax?

Do you feel as if your life lacks a certain meaning?

You are at the top of your game, now what?

You are on the way to the top of your game, how do you keep moving up?

Is stress taking control of your life?

Do you feel unappreciated by colleagues, family or friends despite all of your efforts?

If you answered 'YES' to any of these questions, you may be in need of specific guidance through executive, personal and spiritual coaching. Start reaping the positive benefits of adopting a healthy, balanced and successful life now - without compromises - by clicking here or calling (404) 290-1655.
